Description :    Key is not unique in collection

Reproduction
This error might occur if you install Iasis Free EMR-EHR PMS and there is all ready an Iasis installation folder in your system from an older Iasis installation.
Iasis Free EMR-EHR PMS will never delete sensitive data, such as patients records, even if you uninstall the application.
If there is a need to re install Iasis Free EMR-EHR PMS over an older installation you can request support in the appropriate forums.

Temporary Solution
First time report.
A).
Proceed with a clear installation .
A.1 Uninstall Iasis using Iasis Free EMR-EHR uninstaller
A.2 Manually Delete Iasis Installation folder ex."C:\Program Files\Iasis"
A.3 Re-install Iasis
Or
B)
Log in as Administrator and execute a restore operation from Iasis Free EMR-EHR PMS internal back up application.
Attention:
1)
The above temporary solutions (A and B) might result in loss of data(partial or all)
If you do not want to lose your data use the support forums to further analyze the situation and proceed with a working solution.
2)
Always to update Iasis Free EMR-EHR PMS Use SSU(the internal Iasis Update Application).
Is not advised and is not needed to reinstall Iasis just to get the latest version.
Actions
Added Detailed Error Handler In V 1.0.0.320 to trace the error, just in case there is an operating system related issue, the reported operating systems are not thoroughly tested in a working environment.
