Iasis software will not open after installation on my computer
What do I need to do to get it opened up

a) Iasis Free EMR-EHR Practice Management Version ?
b) Your Operating system ?
c)The web site you downloaded the software ?

I am having the same problem.

Downloaded the most recent from Iasis.org
Using Windows XP

hello millerdad

after your installation Start Up Wizard came up? or not

if your answer is YES
then for some reason the first logoff failed to complete correctly.Open your task manager using Ctrl+Alt+Del find the process Iasis and terminate it, restart Iasis and everything should be fine.

if your answer is NO
then check your privileges on your computer and your antivirus settings.

You can check  the other topics in Iasis Free EMR Help And Support forum to see if your case addressed there.

If you can not find your case then you have to provide the error message or if possible send a screen shot to helpdesk
